Telecom Infrastructure Midas Communication Technologies Private Limited Founded by alumni of IIT Madras and incubated inside the IIT campus,
Midas Communication Technologies has championed the telecommunications
revolution throughout rural and urban India since its inception in
1994. Broadband corDECT (Midas' flagship wireless product) and DIAS
(Midas' flagship DSL product) connect over three million people around
the world to the global economy. Midas specializes in DECT, GSM,
WiMax, Ethernet switching & routing, DSL, Digital Loop Carrier and
Triple Play technologies. Midas employs over 600 people and is
headquartered in Chennai, India. A presence in 25+ countries is
supported through offices in New Delhi, Singapore, Brazil and
partnerships in strategic locations.
Banyan Networks Limited merged with Midas Communication Technologies in 2004.
Specialises in delivering state of the art Integrated Network Management
Systems(INMS) for the emerging convergent networks.
Nexge develops IP communications products targeted towards carriers, broadband operators and ISPs. The products include VOIP switches and applications like Voicemail, conferencing, UMS, IVR etc.
Founded in 2001, iSoftTech envisions to be a product
development company in the networking space by creating tomorrows
leading edge networking products.
Founded in 1999 by Timothy A. Gonsalves, Professor of the TeNeT Group,
Department of Computer Science, IIT-Madras and Arun Jain, Chairman
and CEO of Polaris Software Lab Ltd, with the guidance of Ashok Jhunjhunwala
and other faculty of the TeNeT Group IIT-Madras

and Networking (TeNeT) Group of IIT, Madras, which is dedicated to

such as India.

of dedicated professionals involved in the pursuit of excellence,
providing software solutions and innovations, currently involved in
promoting Indian language computing as a subject, with the maiden
venture of bringing cutting edge technology to Indian language computing.
To be the leader in medical devices, software and solutions for telemedicine in the developing countries, and to develop intellectual property and solutions in the area of neuro-technology.
Established since 1995,OOPS (Object Oriented Programming Services) is the leading expert in Network Telephony applications. We are developing a broad range of audio and video telecommunication products and are just beginning to offer them over the Internet. Our main focus is to provide reliable, easy-to-use solutions for the networking and communications industry
Lattice Bridge Infotech (LBIT) is a company that has a mission "To make speech the primary user interface for a broad spectrum of customer services".

Tekriti Software is a New Delhi based startup founded by individuals with experience with the world's premier technology and services organizations. The founding members include Ex IIT'ians, Ex Microsoft and Ex Infosys employees who have a great passion for building world class software products. Tekriti endeavors to provide outsourced product engineering services in the domain of social networking, rich Internet application development and media publishing - the aggregate of which has often been termed as "Web 2.0". Tekriti is also developing software products in these domains. Its community management portal application TekUnity was released in mid-2005.
